Alain Cardon is a former member of the Institut Français d’Analyse Transactionnelle (I.F.A.T.), « expert » in l’Association Progrès du Management (APM), author (of twelve books) at the Editions d’Organisation, Paris, France, consultant and coach. Alain Cardon is presently the managing director of Métasystème France.

Alain Cardon is also a team and Organization Coach specialized in accompanying transitioning leaders and corporations in international and intercultural contexts.
He participates in numerous volunteer activities in the International Coach Federation (France and US)

CONSULTANT 
Starting in 1976 and within "Transformation Consultants", Alain Cardon was a communication and management consultant with a Transactional Analysis slant. From 1985 he specialized in Systems Analysis applications in Team Building, Team Development and Organizational Development.

COACH AND CONSULTANT TRAINER
Since 1980, Alain Cardon is a coach trainer at Transformation Consultants, then at Transformation Ecole (today Mozaik International), and presently within Transformance and Coach-Up institute, (Paris-based coach schools), Alain Cardon participates in numerous other personal coaching and team-coach training programs.

SPEAKER
Since 1983, Alain Cardon is speaker and keynote speaker for the European Transactional Analysis Association, and the International Coach Federation (at Sitges, Spain), for the World Trade Center (Bucarest), and for numerous corporations.

Alain Cardon is author of numerous books (12+) all first published at the Editions d'Organisation (Paris), some translated to Italian, Spanish and Romanian. Born in Algeria in 1949.
Grew up in Egypt, until 1967, so I can understand Egyptian Arabic.
Graduate studies in the United States until 1973, so I speak Middle-West American English.
Married and two adult sons.
I am based in Carry le Rouet (southern France).

My executive and team coach practice is international and often in English (CEE, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin and North, Africa and Asia). In these regions, my role is to initiate and sometimes pilot strategic organization development activities that are often relayed by local or internal coaches and consultants.
