ANNIE MURRAY PTSTA (O)

Annie Murray PTSTA (O) is the Managing Director of HeadSTART Training and Development Ltd and Co-Director of the International Centre for Business Coaching.  She is dedicated to the business of people development and has more than 20 years experience in this field.  Annie believes that everyone has the potential to grow and develop if they are given encouragement and the right environment.  She works in both the public and private sectors both nationally and internationally. Annie also works in partnership with outdoor experiential learning centres and recently delivered a ‘Coaching skills for Senior Managers’ programme in an outdoor centre in the mountains of the Maharastra region of India.

She has also delivered training and coaching in the south of India, Romania (in Iasi), and in Ukraine.

Annie is president of the Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis is the only person in the North of England offering TA training in the organisational field. Annie’s background is in the public sector (she qualified as a social worker and as a nurse) before starting her own company in 1993.
