HOREA MURGU, PhD

On his journey from TO KNOW, TO DO and TO BE, Horea Murgu (57) had some adventures: he was randomly a statesman, a navigator, Chief of Romanian Delegation and expert (ad personam) in Mass-Media Steering Committee, Strasbourg, CE, university scientific secretary, speologist, sound expert (see : www.imdb.com), pro-rector, member in Administrative Boards of Directors (CNC, CINEROM, UNCIN, SOROS – Open Society Foundation, Romania), director of radio (Nova 22), video publisher, member and, sometimes, president in several international media juries, associated lecturer with master courses, Tutor for Project Management and sound designer for theatrical performances and events, co-founder in some professional Romanian associations (Asociatia Romana pentru Multimedia Interactiva, STTCR –Societatea Tehnicienilor din Televiziune si Cinematografie). Also, he is amoung the founders of CODECS SA  –  The Power of Knowledge, a famous educational private owned Romanian company, partner of Open University Business School – UK.   

 
Due to his life experience, he was appointed as President of Coaching Institute since May 2004.

In this position he keeps the “Personal Development and Leadership” courses and gives personal coaching for business executives supervised by Alain Cardon, MCC of ICF. During his coaching sessions, Horea is very committed to the ICF Code of Ethics .
